So I wanted to share my process that has developed over the years. Originally I would not do the 3D blockout because I was stubborn and did not want to learn it. But increasingly I am using more and more 3D. It saves the brain some effort.
Firstly I explore completely different ideas for summer. Then there is usually a stage where I explore the same idea but with different layouts to see what could be the most interesting. This stage is here excluded because I felt I found a nice composition immediately. Then comes the 3D blockout which I ususally leave quite rough. After that I draw a very rough design on top of the blockout. Then I proceed with a nicer looking linedrawing and finally paintover and cleanup stage.
I did not clean some of the images up so you can see how incredibly rough it can look in the middle of the process. I hope some of you appreciate seeing some of the process.
I apologise for being less active lately on the channel. The reason is that I am in the middle of changing projects within my firm. That means also that soon you will be seeing a completely different style of buildings being posted.
